Crissy is one of the main characters in the series and is Lila's best friend. She is voiced by Nicole Bouma (2004-2006) and Wendee Lee (2010–present).
Personality
Crissy is a stylish and outspoken athletic girl who never likes when her looks are messed up. She is also an aspiring fashion designer who is always full of artistic, fashionable ideas and loves to be a rockstar. She has hobbies, such as roller-skating, snowboarding, practicing sports, shopping, singing, and listening to music. Her fashion style is fun and cool with an artsy touch. In the episode 'Crazy Race,' her fear of heights is a significant plot point, showcasing her vulnerability and adding depth to her character. However, in PollyWorld, she is timid, modest, and cute.
Physical Appearance
Originally, Crissy is Caucasian and has short wavy black hair, pale-toned skin, and blue eyes. However, from now on, as of 2010, her appearance changed. In the revival series, Crissy's Change in appearance reflects the series' evolution and the character's growth. She is depicted as Latina, with long straight black hair dyed with hot pink highlights and brown eyes. Her skin tone is olive, giving her a unique and updated look.

As a mermaid, Crissy's hair is now worn in a ponytail and is held together with a lavender headband and scrunchie. She wears a teal green single-strap bikini top and a pink skirt. The top's strap keeps switching sides. As a mermaid, her tail is the same teal green as her top and has three yellow flowers, with two more in the strap areas on her top. The yellow flowers turn pink underwater.
